This extravaganza is absolutely FREE to attend. That's right, I said this extravaganza is absolutely FREE to attend. You don't have to be registered for the conference. WOW! Another Magicpalooza out-of-left-field, never done before, how do we do it, why do we do it, event.
That's right, kids. We are thrilled to have Mario Carrandi helm this auspicious event! His knowledge and expertise are second-to-none!

If you want to bid, you need to register. You must be at least 18 years old and may need to present identification. After your registration, you will be issued a number and paddle or similar marker.
Minimum starting bid on all items is $25.00 unless retracted by the auctioneer.
Only guests holding paddles are allowed to bid. When bidding, you must hold them up so they are visible and recognized by the auctioneer. If any bid is missed, it forfeits the right to be reinstated.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any bid, for any reason. The auctioneer has the final say in all disputes or matters related to bidding.
The acknowledged highest bidder is the winning bidder (buyer) and have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.
Ownership of items shall pass to the winning bidder upon the “SOLD” declaration, who then assumes full risk and responsibility.
There is a buyer’s premium of 10% which is in addition to the final price. This amount will be collected from the winning bidder at the time of payment.
All payments are to be resolved at the end of the auction. Payments are preferred to be cash, however, electronic payments may be arranged. Failure to make payment may result in the forfeiture of the item which must be removed upon payment.
Items are sold “as-is”. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Please inspect the item you are about to purchase.
The auctioneer and/or auction house may refuse the acceptance of any item to be sold at their discretion.
Sellers and/or the auction house reserve the right to remove items from the auction before the start of bidding for said item.
There is a seller’s premium of 10% of the final price. This amount will be subtracted from the seller’s total at the time of settling payments.
The auction house is not responsible and holds no liability for any personal injury or to lost, stolen or damage to items at any time, including before the auction through the removal of items after the auction.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ITEMS TO BE AUCTIONED ON SITE NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM.
